In these positions, I noticed that my impact and ability to lead completely transformed as I shifted from suboptimal to desirable inner states. The experience taught me that real impact isn't about knowing the most or working the hardest; it's about understanding and optimizing yourself.

Now, as someone who has navigated leadership and entrepreneurship challenges, I am passionate about sharing the lessons I've learned.
