As the founder of ARC Direction, my mission is to help driven leaders create the impact they desire in a way that is sustainable and even enjoyable.

My own path was far from typical. Whether as the Head of a team at a vibrant startup or as the founder of a company, leadership roles often found me. In these positions, I noticed that my impact and ability to lead completely transformed as I shifted from suboptimal to desirable inner states. The experience taught me that real impact isn't about knowing the most or working the hardest; it's about understanding and optimizing yourself.

Now, as someone who has navigated leadership and entrepreneurship challenges, I am passionate about sharing the lessons I've learned. My practice blends innovative methods like NLP, compassionate inquiry, and somatic expression with traditional coaching techniques to foster deep, meaningful change.
